This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the online store CM Store at store.cmindustry.co uses, why, and how you can control them. The Store is operated by Stanislav Tarasov, IČO 23724391 (see the Privacy Policy for full details).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. Some are needed for the Store to work at all, for example to keep your cart and log you in. Others help us understand how the Store is used.
Under Czech law (Section 89(3) of Act No. 127/2005 Coll.) and the GDPR, we may use essential cookies without your consent. Other cookies are used only with your consent, with the exception of two BigCommerce analytics identifiers explained in section 4.
2. Your choice
When you first visit the Store, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose by category under Settings. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, the cart, checkout and customer account will not work.

Google Analytics runs in Google Consent Mode. Until you allow analytics, it sets no cookies; Google receives only cookieless signals with technical data (such as browser type) that it uses for aggregated statistics.

The two BigCommerce identifiers are set by the platform on every visit. We have set BigCommerce to collect browsing data only after you allow analytics. Without that consent, BigCommerce records only order events, which are needed to process your orders.
The list reflects the Store as of the date above. Payment providers and Google may change the names of their cookies; we update this page when we add or remove services.
