This License Agreement explains what you may and may not do with the digital products you buy in the online store CM Store at store.cmindustry.co: vehicle templates, graphic assets and pre-made liveries (the "Files"). It is part of every purchase contract under our Terms and Conditions.
In short
- Use the Files in your own and your clients' projects, commercial and non-commercial, as many times as you like.
- Edit, recolour and combine them, and deliver finished designs, renders and print files to your clients.
- Do not resell, share or give away the Files themselves, and do not include them in templates, asset packs or other products that let others reuse them.
1. Parties
The Licensor is Stanislav Tarasov, IČO 23724391, náměstí Přátelství 1518/3, 102 00 Praha 10 – Hostivař, Czech Republic, trading as CM Store / CM Industry, who is the author or rights holder of the Files.
The Licensee ("you") is the person who bought the Files. If you buy for a company, the Licensee is that company, and its employees may use the Files only for the company's projects.
2. Licence granted
When the price is paid in full, the Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide licence of unlimited duration to use the Files in the ways allowed below. The licence is not transferable and you may not sublicense it. The Licensor remains the owner of the copyright; you buy a licence, not the copyright.
3. What you may do (all products)
- Use the Files in any number of your own projects and your clients' projects, commercial and non-commercial.
- Edit, modify, recolour, scale and combine the Files with your own work.
- Create end products such as livery designs, wrap and print files, renders, mock-ups, presentations, social media posts, advertising and printed matter.
- Deliver end products to your clients, including the print-ready production files of their design, provided our Files are part of your design and are not handed over as separate, reusable source files.
- Show the results publicly, for example in your portfolio, on social media or in advertising. Credit is welcome but not required.
- Give the files of a finished design to a print shop or installer to produce it.
4. Rules for each product type
Vehicle templates
- Use the template to design and present liveries for yourself and your clients, and deliver the resulting images and designs.
- Do not share the PSD template itself, or any layered file from which the template could be reused, with anyone else, including your clients.
- Templates are visual representations, not technical drawings. Check all dimensions on the real vehicle before production.
Graphic assets
- Use the elements in liveries, graphics, prints, merchandise and digital products, as part of your own design.
- Do not sell or give away the elements on their own or with only minor changes, for example as stock graphics, sticker sets or print-on-demand designs where our unmodified element is the main design.
Pre-made liveries
- Print and apply the design as many times as you like, on your own vehicles and in client vehicle projects. You may adjust the colours and fit it to the vehicle.
- The design is not exclusive: other customers may buy and use the same design.
- Do not sell, share or give away the design files, and do not offer the design, or a modified version of it, as your own design product, for example as a template, a pre-made livery or a design pack.
5. What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense, rent, share or give away the Files, or download links to them, including for free.
- Upload the Files to file-sharing services, marketplaces, public repositories or shared drives accessible to people outside your business.
- Include the Files in templates, asset packs, mock-up kits, design libraries or any other product that lets others reuse them.
- Claim that you created the original Files.
- Register the Files, or designs based mainly on them, as a trademark or logo, or otherwise claim exclusive rights to them.
- Use the Files, or content made from them, to train, fine-tune or test artificial intelligence or machine-learning models, or include them in datasets.
- Use the Files in unlawful, defamatory or hateful content.
If you need a use that is not covered here, for example an exclusive design, write to us at store@cmindustry.co. We can agree an extended licence.
6. Third-party rights
Vehicle makes, model names, logos and vehicle designs are trademarks and designs of their owners. We use them only to describe which vehicle a product fits, and we are not affiliated with any manufacturer. This licence covers only our own work. It does not grant any rights to third-party trademarks, sponsor logos or designs that you add to your work. If you use designs commercially, you are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed from those owners.
7. Breach
If you seriously breach this License Agreement, for example by redistributing the Files, the licence ends automatically. You must then stop using the Files and delete them. End products that you lawfully delivered to your clients before the breach are not affected. Our other rights under the law remain.
8. Warranty, liability and governing law
Our responsibility for defective Files and our liability are governed by the Terms and Conditions. This License Agreement is governed by Czech law, in particular Act No. 121/2000 Coll., the Copyright Act, and Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. If you are a consumer living in another country, the mandatory protections of your country's law still apply.
