Shipping & Returns

Everything in CM Store is a digital product. This page is a short summary of how delivery, returns and file problems work. The full rules are in our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery

  • We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping costs.
  • After your payment is confirmed, you receive download links by e-mail at the address used at checkout. If you have a customer account, the links are also under Orders in your account.
  • Access is usually granted within minutes. A payment or security check can occasionally delay it; we will let you know if that happens.
  • Download links are valid for 15 days and allow up to 5 downloads per order. Save the files on your own device and keep a backup.
  • If a link has expired or the limit is used up, write to us and we will restore access free of charge.
  • If you cannot find the e-mail, check your spam or promotions folder.

Pre-made liveries: adaptation to your vehicle

The price includes adapting the design to your vehicle:

  • Within 6 months of your order, e-mail us your order number and the make, model, year and body version of your vehicle, with photos if possible.
  • We deliver the adapted files within 7 business days of receiving complete details.
  • All adjustments needed to fit the design to your vehicle are included. A new concept, new elements or another vehicle is a separate order.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

  • Because files are delivered immediately, at checkout you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the files are made available to you. Purchases therefore cannot be returned after delivery.
  • Until the files are delivered, for example while a payment check is running, you can still cancel. Use the withdrawal form or e-mail us, and we will refund you in full within 14 days.
  • Please check the previews, formats and requirements on the product page before you buy. If you are unsure, try the free test template in our Guide.

Defective or incomplete files

If a file is damaged, will not open in the stated software, is incomplete or does not match the description, e-mail us. Include:

  • your order number;
  • a short description of the problem;
  • if possible, a screenshot.

We will send you a corrected file or a new download link. If we cannot fix the problem, you are entitled to a price reduction or a refund. We resolve complaints within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner. These statutory rights apply in addition to everything above (section 9 of the Terms).

Formats and compatibility

  • Vehicle templates are PSD files for Adobe Photoshop.
  • Graphic assets and pre-made liveries are vector files (AI, PDF and others as listed) for Adobe Illustrator.
  • Files come in RAR archives. To unpack them, use WinRAR or 7-Zip on Windows, or The Unarchiver on macOS.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with other software.

Licence

You may use purchased files in your own and your clients' projects, commercial and non-commercial. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files themselves. See the License Agreement.

We reply as soon as we can; there are no fixed support hours. Please include your order number and the e-mail address used for the purchase.
