Use this form to withdraw from a purchase in CM Store if you still have the right to do so.
- Who can withdraw. Consumers can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase, until the files have been made available for download.
- After delivery. When you ordered, you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal ends once the files are delivered. After that, withdrawal is no longer possible (see section 8 of the Terms and Conditions).
- Defective files. If a file is defective, please send a complaint instead; your rights for defects are not affected.
Fill in your name, your e-mail address, your order number and, in the message, the order date and the products concerned. We will confirm receipt by e-mail. If you prefer, you can e-mail the same information to store@cmindustry.co or use the model withdrawal form.
